Capacity Analysis of the Shushilan

The world is now a “World of Technology”. It is said that technology is the power of the world. Activities have been undertaken for the staffs so that they can take the challenge to establish Shushilan as a powerful organization using the knowledge of modern technology. Following activities have been taken on for this purpose:

Training Cell

Training Cell of Shushilan was set up in 2003 with the object of accelerating training programmes and to improve quality of training. This Cell consists of 2 Training Officers, 2 Trainers and 2 Assistant Trainers headed by the Capacity Building Coordinator. Besides, an Advisor watches out the cell all time. Human and skill development trainings are provided through this Cell.

Finance and Administration Cell

The Finance and Administration Cell of Shushilan consists of one Coordinator, 1 Accounts Officer, 5 Accountants, 2 Administrative Assistant, 1 cashier and 1 store keeper headed by the Admin and Accounts Coordinator. An Advisor watches out the cell all time and advised on developing the systems.

General Meetings: Annual Meeting of General Committee is arranged with participation of General Committee Members. General Committee is the topmost policy making committee of the organization. The General Committee of Shushilan consists of 21 members. It includes 11 female and 10 male members who approve the annual work plan and budget of the organization.
