Shushilan

Executive Committee Meetings: Executive Committee is elected through direct voting of Members of the General Committee for two years. Meetings of the Executive Committee are held quarterly. Chairman of the Executive Committee presides over the meetings. Policies and operating procedures are comprises through the meetings. The Executive Committee of Shushilan comprises of seven members among whose, four are females. The structure of the Executive Committee of Shushilan is as follows:

1.      Chairman         – 1

2.      Vice-Chairman – 1

3.      Secretary         – 1

4.      Treasurer         – 1

Top Management Meeting: Top Management Meetings are held monthly embracing top management officials of the organization. Every definitive management level decisions are made through these meetings. Top Management Meetings are chaired by the Director of the organization in participation with the Advisors and Coordinators.

General Management Meetings: General Management Meetings are held quarterly including mid level officials of the organization. Problems and achievements of different activities are discussed and work plan for the next three month is prepared in the meetings.

Project Management Committee Meetings: Project Management Committee Meetings are held monthly in order to analyze achievements, problems and future plans of different ongoing projects of Shushilan. Project officers, who are responsible for implementation of projects, chair concerned Project Management Meetings including all staffs of the concerned project.

Centre Management Meetings: Centre Management Meetings are held monthly in each field level centre offices of Shushilan in order to investigate overall management condition of the centre and to analyze all activities operated under it. Centre Manager, who is responsible for concerned centre, chairs the meetings in participation with all staffs working under the centre.

Meetings of Training Cell: Meetings of Training Cell is held monthly with the object of accelerating the activities of the Training Cell, improving quality of trainings and developing future plans of trainings. Meetings of Training Cell are chaired by the concerned Coordinator and participated by all staffs under the Cell.

Meetings of Admin and Accounts Cell: Meetings of Admin and Accounts Cell is held monthly at the Head Office of the organization with the purpose of analyzing administrative management and to make decisions. Every staffs employed under accounts and administrative section take part in the meetings. Responsible Coordinator chairs this meeting
