Experience Sharing Visits have been organized for skill development of beneficiaries and to make them able to set examples through viewing better examples. Experience sharing visits were arranged through different ongoing projects which are described here: v Care RVCC Project: 159 peoples have been included into experience sharg visits in Shyamnagar, Paikgachha and Kaliganj to visit cage fish culture, mele culture, crab culture, poultry rearing and nursery management.v World Fish Centre: Plot Visits have been arranged to expand technology at farmers’ level. Total 128 representing farmers were included into plot visits, 2/3 persons per day. They discussed with plot farmers and then shared their experiences with their group farmers which were very much helpful to extend technologies. v Concern: One experience sharing visit was organized for staffs through Shushilan‑Concern Partnership Project. Objective of the visit was to look over the cottage products of date leaves in Navaron and Jhikorgachha. Besides, 1027 female and 273 male group members visited the Demo Farm and Eco-Demo Farm of Shushilan.
