In case of present mediation system, a person can deny to accept the resolution of mediation given against him if he is an influential person. The mediators scared in this process. Consequently, fascination in social welfare jobs is gradually being reduced. People now want to stay within themselves, whatever happens to the society but they do not think that if the society worsened, the same thing will affect them also. This attempt is to bring back the sense of the society so that none can refuse the declaration of mediation. Besides, Shushilan provides with court case support for hardcore poor women against violence, torture and in some cases land disputes. Main objectives of this are to establish mediation system and to ensure fair justice for poor people and keeping them secured from complexity of courts. Account of court case support has been given here:During July’04 to December’05 a total of 131 court cases were supported of which 33 are settled, 18 are dismissed and 80 are under trial.
