Union Network: Union Network of Change Makers has been formed at Ward level. Main objective of this network is to develop leadership at Ward level; a leader will be appeared at Ward level who will lead the Ward Committee and thus, a helpful institution will grow at Ward level.
Monthly Union Network meeting will be organized regularly in the first year which will help them to develop a clear perception about institution, leadership, local initiatives and network and they will be able to contribute positively in the development of the Ward. Upazila Network:General Committee of Upazila Network will be formed including Change Makers and Joint Change Makers from Ward level committees in working Unions. Representatives from professional groups will be included and meetings will be arranged half yearly. This General Committee will elect an Executive Committee that will ensure transparency and accountability and will take necessary steps in preserving human rights and good governance in the Upazila.
