Shushilan, a national non-Government development organization established in 1991 is working almost all over in Bangladesh. As part of our mission to build a Congenial Society for Economic and Socio-Cultural Development we are moving forward to tackle poverty and vulnerability in the country and support to change the lives of most disadvantaged for good, help people to claim their rights to economic opportunities and empowering women to participate in family and social development. Create opportunity for the people is our missionary zeal and our multi-dimensional involvement are in Socio-economic development of the underprivileged poor, Sustainable Environmental Resources Management, Education & ICT and Health & Nutrition, Human Rights and Good Governance and Sustainable Peoples Organization including Gender, through which we have extended our support to 9.5 millions of people. Considering the COVID 19 situation, Cyclone Amphan & other disasters, refugee crisis, community need, Shushilan has undertaken several steps to reach the participants with full potential. Through our interventions along with Government of Bangladesh (GOB) we are addressing all most all the 17 SDGs.

A group of multi expertise like livelihood, disaster, climate change, education, health, nutrition, agriculture, engineer, gender, facilitator, admin, finance, audit, human resource, modern technologist, researchers, advocate, entrepreneur, vocational trainer  are working with Shushilan and our team work are playing a vital role to achieve the qualitative and quantitate result. We have a strategic framework, our five years strategic plan, policy and guideline guides our decision making and support to manage standard performance and our cultural value lead us to work in a safe, healthy workplace and friendly environment. Work together model is our platform for success. The entire activities of Shushilan are truly a partnership and without the support of government, local government, donor, community, private sector, civil society and other stakeholder, it is not possible to reach the broader community with essential support.  Our quality work puts Shushilan in a unique position to help people and to work with people. This is why we created the acceptance among the country. We hope our work will inspire all to become engaged with us.
